One week of exploration the beautiful isle of Bali in Indonesia!

We will have a programm with a choice of Yoga, Pilates and Nia Dance in the morning and evening. You choose which your body tells you to join in; do whatever feels good.
We will stay in the beautiful hotel Alam Sari near Ubud. The hotel is situated in beautiful nature area amongst bananatrees and palmtrees. The hotel delivers delicious organic food out of their own garden. You can eat whatever you desire; vegetarian, vegan, or if you love meat and fish they’ll have it. The retreat includes your breakfast and dinner. There is a beautiful pool and one Massage is also included. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Ubud a few times a day, which you can use for free.
Your transfer is also included; a friendly taxi driver will pick you up at the airport with your name on a shield to welcome and bring you to the Hotel Alam Sari.

During the week you can join a Balinese Cooking Class, go to Balinese Barong Dance, Silver Workshop (you’ll make your own silver jewelry!), Walking Tour Rice Fields and Village. There is enough time to do your own choices of exploring Bali and shopping in Ubud.
Opportunity to rent your driver for a day approximately €40/$45. You can go to Holy Spirit Temple, Coffee and Thee plantage, snorkling in the sea (like a living aquarium!), Rice Fields, swimming with Dolphins, go to the Vulcano to look at it or to climb it, have a mountainbike tour, visit and relax at the sea.
It is all up to you, make it your most beautiful stay.
